  • All ready to ship items will ship from Silver Springs, FL in 1-2 business days
  • Custom creations and re-inventions/repairs will ship within 1-2 business days from completion, as agreed upon with each customer.

Returns and Exchange

Please contact me if there are any problems with your order

  • I gladly accept returns and exchanges on ready to ship items if:
    • I am contacted within: 14 days of delivery
    • Items are shipped back to me within: 30 days of delivery
  • The following items can’t be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
    • Custom or personalized orders
  • Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
